We took Ava to see Dr. Coleman today for her 2 year check up. We always take bets on her weight and this time we were both wrong. We were certain that she finally joined the 25lb club...nope! She is still only 22lbs and 10oz. That puts her in the 5th percentile. The Dr. said it was nothing to worry about as she is eating like she is suppose to, but if she falls beneath the 5th percentile we are going to have to work on it!
She has gotten taller. She is now 32 inches tall. Look out Yao Ming! LOL She had to get two shots (Hep B and Flu), and she was not thrilled about those. In preparation for the meltdown I packed a dum dum sucker. As the tears were rolling down her face and she was really angry at us, I pulled out a "poppie" and she was really happy to get it! She was also excited to see the bandaids...she has already pulled them off. That is her MO...
