Name those turkeys

Mike, Ava and I are hosting our 2nd family Thanksgiving at our house. Last year I ordered personalized turkey sugar cookies for namecards on the table. They were yummy but expensive, and since I can't replicate a cookie like that, I needed to come up with some cute way to assign seats. I got inspriation from the turkey plate Ava and I made at Arts of Glaze and the plan started forming...

I got blank thank you cards from the store, turned them inside out, and let Ava put her turkey hand print on it. Then as I got to looking at it I realized that it would be neat to write on the card why Ava is thankful for that person. Then since it was all done on the inside of the card (for the namecard), when they flip it right side-in, it will look like a cute thank you card that they can take home to remember the occasion. So here are a few pictures of the outcome.

I can't wait to set the table! Oh and I bought my first uncooked turkey, the one last year only had to be heated, so it should be an experience this year. We might end up with rolled up turkey lunch meat...
