Latest Kitchen Experiment...

I found a salsa recipe on a new website I was browsing and decided to make it today. It ended up making so much that I filled three jars! I gave one to Debbie & John and when Mike came home he tried it and loved it. Here are a few pictures of it:



Also, last week I had an idea for a new cupcake. I tried it out today and it turned out rather well. It is blueberry angel food cake with Cool Whip and strawberries on top. These were a big hit too!!
