A girl and her superheros

Ava has a new addiction, superheros. She is infatuated with Batman, Spiderman, and Superman. In addition, she has a thing for Star Wars. From books to movies we have all sorts of superhero stuff...even shirts! She requests demands that she wears these shirts everyday of the week. If I happen to sneak in a girl version of those shirts in (they are pink or purple) most of the time she gets really mad.

At least she sports it well, and yes she has on a Spiderman watch. She even has these slip on Vans with superheros on them...seriously. It is quite entertaining how much attention she gets from having this interest. She mostly gets reactions from mother's of little boys! They say that it is awesome and that they haven't met a little girl like her before.

She is definitely unique! I am just happy she still lets me put bows in her hair.
