So tonight starts the journey of another Rockets playoff season. First round brings us the Portland Trailblazers. Although I am disappointed that we could not finish the regular season with a division championship, today is a new day with another championship in front of us. Oh and one of the ways you know a diehard fan is when they schedule all of the games to start at 9:30pm...there are going to be a lot of late nights coming up. Luckily the first game is tonight and to get prepared we all took a nap after lunch! Ava is not staying up though...we will DVR it for her. Now if they make it to the championship we may consider letting her stay up! :)
I am also pleased to see that Hewlett-Packard is finally doing sponsor work for them. They have been with the Astros for a bit but never the Rockets. Glad to see local big companies are supporting the professional teams. It isn't a logo behind homeplate but it is a start.
Go Rockets. Lets get Red and Rowdy!
